This training is delivered one-to-one over a six to nine-month period and requires the participant to take an active part in completing assignments, practise sessions and reflective writing. The training is individually designed, bringing to the surface the talents already there and developing the necessary additional skills required for an empathic and supportive coaching practice. The training requires a minimum of six contact sessions with the facilitator and two supervised coaching sessions. These can be arranged at mutually convenient times and locations.
